How to Specify Full-Color Laminated Non-Woven Bags
Provide finished dimensions and gussets, base fabric GSM, film and finish, artwork coverage, handles, seam construction, intended load, quantity and destination. Full-colour graphics must be approved around folds and seals, so check registration, colour, lamination adhesion and loaded performance on a production-equivalent sample.

- Printed film lamination is commonly used for detailed, full-coverage graphics that are not practical with simple spot-colour screen printing.
- Why must artwork allow for folds and gussets?
- Key graphics can be interrupted or distorted where film wraps around gussets, seams and seals, so dieline placement must be approved.
