Project Scenarios
How We Deliver
Three requirements, written the way we actually receive them — and the specification, controls and checks each one turns into.
The three profiles below are representative scenarios, not named customer case studies. Each one is built from the specifications, controls and inspection standards we actually work to, so you can see how a written brief becomes a spec sheet, a physical sample and a set of checks.
Brief
European retail chain needed a reusable non-woven shopping bag for nationwide checkout-point distribution. The bag had to carry a minimum load, withstand repeated use, and be produced in recurring quarterly batches with consistent color across shipments.
Constraints
Tight color tolerance (Pantone matching across batches). Retail-ready individual packaging. Quarterly reorder schedule requiring production slot reservation. Destination port: Northern Europe.
Specification Snapshot
| Material | PP non-woven spunbond, laminated |
| Fabric weight | 90 GSM base + BOPP lamination |
| Construction | W-cut with reinforced cross-stitched handles |
| Full-color offset lamination (CMYK + 1 Pantone spot) | |
| Finishing | Matte lamination, heat-sealed base |
| QC standard | AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor, buyer-nominated inspector |
Process & Controls
How This Is Controlled
A programme like this is signed off against the approved pre-production sample, not against a description. Colour is read on a spectrophotometer rather than judged by eye, and the tolerance goes into the order confirmation in writing. The buyer’s nominated inspector attends before dispatch, and the approved sample is retained so the next quarterly batch is measured against the same physical reference.
Brief
North American distributor required branded non-woven bags for a fixed-date industry trade show. The critical constraint was delivery date — bags had to arrive at the event venue with zero tolerance for delay.
Constraints
Immovable event date, with a receiving window agreed at the venue rather than at the port. Multi-colour print with gradient artwork requiring careful screen separation. Mixed sizes within a single order (standard + large). Air freight contingency priced up front rather than improvised later.
Specification Snapshot
| Material | PP non-woven spunbond, unlaminated |
| Fabric weight | 80 GSM |
| Construction | D-cut (standard) + box-type (large) |
| 4-color screen print, both sides | |
| Handle | Die-cut integrated (D-cut) / reinforced loop (box) |
| Timeline management | Parallel production of two sizes; daily progress photos |
Process & Controls
How This Is Controlled
When the date is the hard constraint, the schedule is built backwards from the venue receiving date and the buffer is agreed in writing before the order is placed. The two sizes run in parallel rather than in sequence, progress photos go out on an agreed cadence, and the freight fallback is priced at quotation stage. Print is judged against the signed proof, not against a memory of it.
Brief
An e-commerce brand in Southeast Asia needs custom-printed courier bags that meet a stated recycled-content requirement under its own packaging policy. The bags also have to pass tamper-evidence testing and hold dimensional tolerance for automated sorting at destination.
Constraints
Minimum 40% post-consumer recycled content (verified by supplier COA). Tamper-evident adhesive seal. Specific outer dimensions for compatibility with destination logistics sorting systems. Custom print with variable SKU zone.
Specification Snapshot
| Material | Co-extruded PE film (40% PCR verified) |
| Thickness | 65 micron (2.5 mil) |
| Seal type | Permanent tamper-evident adhesive strip |
| Flexographic, 2-color + variable data zone (blank for client label) | |
| Compliance | Recycled content COA from resin supplier; third-party lab verification |
| Testing | Drop test, seal strength, dimensional tolerance ±2mm |
Process & Controls
How This Is Controlled
A recycled-content requirement is only as good as the paperwork behind it. The resin supplier’s certificate of analysis is obtained before extrusion, and where the buyer’s programme requires it, a third-party laboratory report is commissioned on the finished film and issued for that order. Seal strength, drop performance and outer dimensions are checked per batch against the tolerances written into the specification. We carry no standing recycled-content claim across the catalogue — it is stated per order, with documents, or not at all.
These are scenarios, not testimonials. Our production covers non-woven shopping bags, canvas totes, wine carriers, drawstring bags, courier mailers and specialty packaging — if your requirement is not represented above, describe it and we will write the spec sheet for it.
