What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by material: 500 pcs on canvas and cotton, 1,000 pcs on kraft or art paper, 3,000 pcs on non-woven and mailers. For repeat customers we can flex further — always ask.

How quickly can I get a quote?

Full quotations are delivered within one business day once we have your artwork, target quantity and preferred material. Complex custom builds may take 48 hours if we need to consult the workshop’s engineering team.

What information do you need to quote?

The essentials: bag category (or reference photo), target size, material preference, quantity, printing / finishing methods, and delivery destination. Everything else we’ll happily advise on.

Do you offer tiered pricing?

Yes — every quotation includes at least three volume tiers so you can see how unit cost drops with scale. We also break out one-off costs (plates, dies, samples) separately from unit cost.

What printing methods are available?

Silk-screen (up to 6 spot colours), full-colour UV, foil / hot-stamp, sublimation, heat-transfer, and offset for paper bags. We match the method to your artwork and material, not the other way around.

Can you print my Pantone colours exactly?

Yes — silk-screen and foil printing are matched to Pantone Solid Coated on physical proofs before mass production. Digital methods are matched by ΔE calibration and confirmed on sample bags.

Do you keep my artwork confidential?

Yes. NDAs available on request. Artwork is only shared with the assigned partner workshop and destroyed after the run is complete, unless you request archiving for repeat orders.

Can you do custom size / shape?

Absolutely. Made-to-order size, gusseting, handle length and closure. Cut patterns delivered in 3 working days for approval before sampling.

What’s your quality control process?

Three checkpoints: material inspection on incoming stock, in-line inspection at 30 % and 70 % of production, final AQL 2.5 sampling at our consolidation hub. Photographic reports at each stage.

Do you accept third-party inspection?

Yes — SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek and buyer-appointed inspectors are welcome. We arrange access, provide sample bags and cover coordination.

What certifications do you provide?

Workshop level: BSCI social audit, ISO 9001, Sedex. Material level: GRS-certified rPET / cotton, FSC kraft, REACH-compliant inks, OK-Compost EN13432 for biodegradable mailers.

What if the goods don’t meet spec?

Any AQL 2.5 fail is our cost to remake — no negotiation. Minor deviations are corrected before shipping. In the rare case something reaches you defective, we credit or refund on receipt of documentation.

What Incoterms do you offer?

FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard. CIF to any global port. DDP door-to-door available for major EU, US, MENA and Southeast Asia markets.

Standard production & shipping timeline?

Sampling 5–14 days · Production 25–35 days · Sea freight 25–40 days depending on destination. Air freight and rail available for time-critical orders.

Can you consolidate multiple SKUs?

Yes — we consolidate at our Wenzhou warehouse before export, which lets you order across categories without paying multiple freight loads.

Do you help with import documentation?

Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, and any GACC / FDA / customs-required certificates as applicable. Provided in your preferred format.

What payment methods do you accept?

30 % T/T deposit + 70 % against B/L copy is standard. L/C at sight for orders ≥ USD 30,000. Alibaba Trade Assurance and PayPal available for smaller opening orders.

Do you offer credit terms?

For repeat customers with 12+ months of clean payment history, we can extend NET 30 or NET 60 up to an agreed credit ceiling. Available on request.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

USD by default. EUR and GBP available on request. All prices are net of destination duty and tax unless quoted DDP.

Is there a sample fee?

Blank / stock samples are free, buyer pays courier. Custom pre-production samples carry a tooling fee (typically USD 80–250) which is credited back against the first bulk order.
