How It Works

Custom OEM Bag Manufacturing, Made Clear.

From first brief to delivered order — five clear stages, each with defined inputs, outputs and approval gates. No surprises.

The Process

Five stages from brief to delivery.

Every custom order follows the same controlled path. You always know where you are, what you need to provide, and what comes back.

1
Brief & Specify
You tell us what
2
Quote & Artwork
We price and design
3
Sample & Approve
You verify the standard
4

5

1
Brief & Specify

You describe what you need. We translate it into a production-ready specification with material, size, print, quantity and use-case requirements confirmed.

You provide

Product type, intended use, approximate size, quantity range, print/branding concept, target delivery window, any compliance needs (food-safe, recycled content, etc.).

We return

Written specification document: confirmed material & GSM, exact dimensions, print method recommendation, handle style, finishing options, and any clarification questions.

Decision gate

You approve the written spec before we quote. Changes here are free and fast — changes after production starts are not.

Typical timing

We come back on the spec first, before any pricing. How quickly depends on how complete your brief is and how unusual the construction is.

2
Quote & Artwork

We provide a detailed quotation based on the approved spec. If you need design support, our team prepares print-ready artwork to your brand guidelines.

You provide

Confirmed spec approval, artwork files (AI/EPS/PDF preferred, 300 DPI PNG accepted), Pantone colour references, logo guidelines. Free design support available if needed.

We return

Itemised quotation (unit price, tooling if applicable, sample cost, shipping estimate), print-ready artwork proof with colour, placement and bleed confirmed.

Decision gate

You approve the quote and artwork proof in writing. This locks the spec for sampling. Any changes after this point may require re-quoting.

Typical timing

The quotation follows the signed-off spec; the artwork proof follows the quotation. Both depend on artwork complexity and how many revision rounds you need.

3
Sample & Approve

We produce a pre-production sample from bulk materials so you can verify material feel, print quality, dimensions and construction before committing to production.

You provide

Sample order confirmation (cost confirmed in quote). Shipping address for sample delivery. Any specific testing requirements.

We return

Physical sample made from production-grade materials + sample report noting material, weight, dimensions, print colours and construction details.

Decision gate

Critical approval point. You sign off the sample in writing. This is the standard your bulk order will be measured against. Sample cost is credited toward production.

Typical timing

Sampling is scheduled once artwork is approved, then shipped by express courier. Timing depends on material availability, print method and destination.

Change control — before production commitment

Specification changes after sample approval may affect cost, lead time, or both. If you need to adjust dimensions, material, print or quantity after sign-off, we will requote and confirm any schedule impact before proceeding. Changes during production may not be possible.

4
Produce & Inspect

Bulk production begins against the approved sample standard. Quality control runs at three checkpoints: pre-production verification, in-line inspection, and pre-shipment final check.

You provide

Production payment per agreed terms. Any final packing instructions (carton marks, inner poly bag requirements, assortment instructions).

We return

Production progress updates. Pre-shipment inspection photos and report. QC confirmation against approved sample standard. Packing list and export documents.

Decision gate

Pre-shipment inspection results shared with you. If critical defects are found, we halt and resolve before dispatch — you are never shipped goods that fail the approved standard.

Typical timing

Bulk production starts after sample approval and payment confirmation. The dated schedule is issued with your quotation and reconfirmed on the order confirmation; it varies by quantity, material and print complexity.

5
Pack, Deliver & Reorder

Goods are packed in export-standard cartons, shipped via your preferred method (FOB, CIF or DDP), and your spec is stored for efficient reordering.

You provide

Shipping preference (FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF, or DDP to door). Destination port/address. Any import documentation requirements.

We return

Packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading/airway bill. Tracking information. Stored specification for future reorders at confirmed pricing.

Decision gate

Delivery confirmed. Feedback loop: if anything needs adjustment for next order, we update the spec now so reorders are faster and smoother.

Reorder advantage

Repeat orders skip stages 1–3. Your approved spec and artwork are stored — just confirm quantity and schedule. Reorders run on a shorter schedule than first orders because sampling and artwork setup are already done.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the process.

Can I get a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample from bulk-grade materials. The sample cost is confirmed in your quote and credited toward your production order.
What artwork format do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. We also accept high-resolution PNG/JPG at 300 DPI minimum. Free design support is included — we can prepare print-ready artwork from your brand assets.
How long does the whole process take?
Your total timeline is the sum of five steps: spec confirmation, artwork proofing, sampling plus your own approval time, bulk production, and transit. We do not publish one site-wide figure, because it moves with quantity, material, print method, finishing and destination. You get a dated schedule with your quotation and we reconfirm it on the order confirmation. Reorders are faster because they skip sampling and artwork setup.
What if I need to change the spec after approval?
Changes before production starts will be re-quoted with any cost or schedule impact clearly communicated. Changes during production may not be possible. This is why we emphasise sample approval as the critical gate.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product type, material and print method. We quote based on your specific requirements rather than publishing a fixed minimum. Typical minimums start lower than most factories because we manage production scheduling efficiently.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
We offer FOB (Ningbo or Shanghai), CIF, and DDP (delivered to your door) options. For DDP, we manage customs clearance and last-mile delivery. You choose the level of service that fits your import setup.
