What’s the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the bag type and customization. Non-woven and poly bags start low, while more complex constructions have higher minimums. Tell us your target quantity in the form — including “not sure” — and we’ll advise realistic options.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. We produce a pre-production sample from bulk materials so you can approve the standard before the full run. Sample and courier costs are confirmed in the quote.
How long does an order take?
Your timeline is the sum of spec confirmation, artwork proofing, sampling and your approval, bulk production and transit. It moves with quantity, material, print method, finishing and destination, so we do not publish a single site-wide figure. You get a dated schedule with your quotation and we reconfirm it on the order confirmation.
Do you handle custom printing and private label?
Yes — custom sizes, print, finishing and private-label branding are our core work. Send artwork or a reference and we’ll confirm what’s achievable on your chosen material.
How do you handle quality and shipping?
Our manufacturing base runs quality control on every production line, with inspection to your written requirements before shipment. We can arrange FOB, CIF or DDP delivery.
