What’s your minimum order quantity?
There is no single site-wide figure. The minimum depends on the material, the construction and the print method, because setup cost differs sharply between them. Your minimum, and the quantity breaks where unit price steps down, are set out in your quotation.
How quickly can I get a quote?
Usually within one business day for a straightforward specification. Builds that need engineering input or non-stock material take longer, and we tell you which case yours is when we acknowledge the enquiry.
What info do you need to quote?
Bag category, target size, material, quantity, printing methods, and delivery destination. We’ll advise on everything else.
Do you offer tiered pricing?
Yes — every quote includes three volume tiers plus one-off costs (plates, dies, samples) separated from unit cost.
What printing methods are available?
Silk-screen for spot colour, full-colour digital and UV, heat transfer, sublimation, foil stamping, and offset or flexographic printing on paper. Which one suits you depends on artwork, substrate and run length.
Can you match Pantone colours?
Yes — silk-screen and foil are matched to Pantone Solid Coated on physical proofs before mass production.
Is my artwork confidential?
Yes. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before artwork is exchanged. Files are destroyed after the run unless you ask us to archive them for repeat orders.
Custom size and shape?
Dimensions, gussets, handle length and closures are all made to order. A cutting pattern is prepared once the specification is fixed, and the timing for it is confirmed with your quotation.
What’s your QC process?
Multiple checkpoints: incoming material inspection, in-line checks during production, and a final inspection to your agreed standard before shipment. Photo reports at each stage.
Third-party inspection?
SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek and buyer-appointed inspectors welcome. We arrange access and coordination.
What certifications?
Our core manufacturing base is SGS-verified. Material-level compliance certificates (for example for recycled, food-contact or compostable materials) can be provided on request, depending on the material and order.
What if goods don’t meet spec?
Any inspection failure is remade at our cost. Minor deviations are corrected before shipping, and defective arrivals are credited on documentation.
What Incoterms?
We quote on EXW, FOB, CIF or delivered-to-door, whichever fits how your business imports. Tell us the destination and whether you have a freight forwarder and we will explain what each one leaves you responsible for.
Timeline?
Sampling, production and transit are quoted for your specific order rather than published as fixed figures, because quantity, print method, material availability and season all move them. Sea transit depends on the lane and is confirmed at booking; air and rail are available where the date requires it.
Multiple SKU consolidation?
Yes. Orders across different categories can be consolidated into a single shipment in Wenzhou, so you are not paying for multiple freight movements.
Import documentation?
Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, and customs certificates as applicable.
Payment methods?
Bank transfer (T/T) is standard, typically split between a deposit at order confirmation and the balance against shipping documents. The exact split is agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. Letters of credit and other instruments can be discussed for larger programmes.
Credit terms?
Open-account terms can be discussed with established repeat customers once there is a clean payment history, subject to an agreed ceiling. New accounts start on standard terms.
Currencies?
USD default. EUR and GBP on request. Prices net of duty/tax unless quoted DDP.
Sample fee?
Stock samples are generally provided at no charge with the courier account or cost carried by you. Custom samples carry a tooling charge that depends on the print method and construction, and it is normally credited against the first bulk order. The figure is confirmed in writing before we start.
