How to Specify Custom Non-Woven D-Cut Bags
Define finished width and height, usable area below the handle, fabric GSM and colour, handle opening, reinforcement, seam method, artwork, intended load, quantity and packing. A sample should be filled and carried to confirm opacity, handle comfort, seam strength and print clearance.

- The handle is cut into the bag body, which simplifies construction for high-volume retail, event and promotional use.
- How is the usable bag height calculated?
- Allow space below the die-cut handle and top seal; the full external height is not all available for products.
- Can the handle area be reinforced?
- Yes. Reinforcement can be specified when the expected load or reuse cycle requires more strength.
